Japanese researchers have designed a cool cooking simulator, which imitates the whole process rather closely. It brings together technology and cooking in a frying pan that is linked to a number of sensors; you need to hold the frying pan and move your hands just the way you do while cooking. Designers utilized a projected display and a force feedback system to view the whole process of virtual cooking project on a transparent screen on top of the frying pan. With the simulator you can stir up the virtual ingredients, see them boiling in the pan and in the end you can see the virtual result of your cooking.
