Inspired by Ferran Adrià, the inventor of flavored foam, which helped win him ‘Restaurant of the Year’, Alexandre de Bastiani has designed the Spummy, a smart kitchen appliance, that uses nano-technology to create eatable foam. With the help of the amazing device you can easily dish out food in a unique way. This invention is a 2012 Electrolux Design Lab Top Ten finalist.
