AndyVision, future is now, Inventory Robot
The perfect stock manager robot was developed at Carnegie Mellon University. Named AndyVision, the robot looks for items out of stock keeping the shelves full. The AndyVision is utilizing a 2D and 3D images database and a machine learning algorithm. Currently the prototype robot is working in Carnegie Mellon campus store.
