Solar City Tower is the name of the winning architecture for 2016 Olympics. This is a huge (345 ft) solar energy generator, providing sustainable power to the Olympic Village and the city. Serving as a 360 Rio view observation tower with amphitheater, stores, a coffee shop, and a platform for bungee jumping, for special occasions this structure will also act as salt water waterfall in the middle of the ocean. Solar City Tower is designed by Swiss company RAAFA and to be built on Cotunduba, an island in Rio-de-Janeiro’s Guanabara Bay.
