Water Repelling Anti-Glare Glass By MIT Scientists
MIT researchers developed glass covered with nano-cones that make it repel water as well as not reflect light. This hydrophobic glass reported in ACS Journo provides us with the hope to one day use ‘self-cleaning’ solar panels, windows, optical devices (like in cameras) and cell phone displays. Fabricated with coating and etching techniques this glass does not produce any glare, so it may also be beneficial for automotive production and what not.
