At CES 2013 in Las Vegas Lenovo has unveiled a brand new 27-inch all-in-one gadget that functions as a tablet or desktop PC and features a thin design, Windows 8, Lenovo’s new Aura user interface and an easily adjustable display. The IdeaCentre Horizon is a multi-user, multi-touch, multi-mode gadget for home. The immense display features sufficient space for gaming and sharing content like video and photos with friends and family. Moreover it offers support for 10-finger multi-touch, so the whole family can join in the fun. When the device is vertical, it is in the Windows 8 mode, but when it is laid flat on a table it runs Lenovo’s Aura multi-user, multi-touch interface. Users can download many games, educational apps and more from the Lenovo App Shop, which will have 3,000 applications to choose from. Lenovo has also introduced accessories, such as the Lenovo joystick and a pair of RF-like enabled dice that will complement gaming. The IdeaCentre Horizon will be available for sale in the summer for $1,699.
