If you’re tired from using a traditional mouse that requires a flat surface to operate, you should try a 3D mouse designed for more mobile computing. Mycestro is really cool, cause it can be put on the index finger and allow you to control your computer with hand gestures and mouse functions. The 3D mouse which is about the size of a wireless earpiece, can track hand motion in 3D space within a range of up to 30 feet. To use the Mycestro, just touch anywhere on the touch-sensitive panel, which initiates cursor movement. You can control the cursor position by moving your hand in the direction you want it to go; to make selections, release the touch panel and then tap it again on the left, middle or right button section. Its battery life is about eight hours depending on usage. Mycestro includes Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy Protocol, so it’s compatible with Bluetooth Smart Ready devices like iPad®3 and newer iPad Mini, iPhone® 4S and newer, iPod Touch Gen5, Apple® MacBook® Air, Mac® mini and MacBook Pro, and any PC with a compatible BLE dongle.
