Sauter Carbon Offset Design has designed Leap to Zero Greenline Ferry, a boat for eco-tourism at the upcoming America’s Cup in San Francisco Bay.  Richard Sauter, the head of the Sauter Carbon Offset Design reports, “Considering, that the America’s Cup is founded on a carbon free maritime legacy, it’s only fitting, that spectators viewing from day trip ferries should have the opportunity to revel in nature’s bounty as well”. This Greenline Ferry is an ideal vehicle for ports and harbors that features zero carbon footprint, in accordance with growing demands for greener transportation. For sunset or evening excursions the Greenline Ferry relies on her Hybrid Eco Marine Propulsion motors that comply with EPA “on road” regulations, which qualifies them as the cleanest marine engines available at present.
