Boeing To Revive Sonic Cruiser

Boeing has submitted a patent application which implies the company is likely to give a second life for its previously cancelled project Sonic Cruiser. The craft has survived obvious design improvements with engines having variable geometry chevrons and being placed over the wings, which in their turn have got vertical stabilizers. If previously Boeing gave preference to a more fuel efficient 7E7 or 787 Dreamliner, presently the new advancements in engineering facilities and technologies may make the company produce the renewed Sonic Cruiser.
