Azerbaijan Tower is proposed as a part of an artificial archipelago on the Caspian Sea southwest of Bakou (the Azerbaijan capital). Projected by Avesta Consern to develop the Khazar Islands, this tower is to be 3,445 ft tall beating the tallest building record of the world. Azerbaijan Tower is to have 189 floors and become part of 41 artificial islands archipelago. This building will cost USD 2 billion, and the city will occupy 2,000 hectares and cost about $100 billion.
