The United States Air Force is well-known for its diverse fleet of remotely piloted aircrafts. The US Navy in its turn is showing a great interest in unmanned drones designed to cruise the oceans and waterways around the world protecting critical assets and executing recon missions. The unmanned remote-controlled drone has been recently tested off the shore of Maryland. The drone appers to be a small vessel somewhat similar to the inflatable boats used by special forces soldiers. Six missiles were fired from the floating remote-controlled surface ship during the test and all off them accurately hit their targets. By the way according to the US Navy, what appear to be a series of misses in the video is nothing more than a bad camera angle.
