Dr. Mark Salisbury is the Dean of the College of Education, Leadership, and Counseling at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis. Salisbury has a master’s degree in computer and information science and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from the University of Oregon. He’s worked to design software to imitate human performance and learning, and that experience has brought him to some powerful conclusions about the divide between human and computers in the future.
