Skylon Spaceplane: From Runway To Space

The British engineers of Reaction Engineers limited (REL) are developing Skylon mach 5 spaceplane to take off from a conventional runway and fly to the orbit. The Skylon is to work on a Sabre engine, designed to breathe in oxygen on lower altitudes and function as a rocket engine when getting into the higher strata and outer space. The new engine is to utilize the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen for its fuel, and to be able to do so it has to first cool the gasses to minus 140 degrees within fractions of a second by passing them through the arrangement of pipes. Sounds mega futuristic, interesting to observe what gets to the real world.
