Designer Junhyun Kim thought of a device to spot genetically identified organisms in food. Called the Elephant Nose, this gizmo uses artificial nose technology to identify the state of products like: GMO or natural, fresh or stale and so on. The info is displayed on the LCD screen of this portable tool.
