C.A.T. In Water
One more idea how to avoid those annoying traffic jams is called the City Aquatic Transport (C.A.T.) concept. This C.A.T. could be used as a good in-water taxi alternative while commuting to and from work across the river. It could also be used as a tourist attraction as usually metropolitans have a nice skyline view.
